It uses convection heat to maintain safe serving temperatures for your food. The display features three removable and adjustable clear glass shelves, LED lighting for the top and shelves, a vertical swing-out frameless UV-protected front glass, clear sliding doors at the rear, a stainless steel interior, and a black exterior. It also has adjustable locking casters for easy mobility. This unit is ETL-Sanitation and cETLus listed, and it is compliant with DOE 2017 regulations, making it an ideal choice for cafes, buffets, and grab-and-go food displays.
