The Radiance Charbroiler is a 12" wide countertop gas charbroiler built for kitchens that need dependable grilling performance in a compact footprint. It combines a stainless steel exterior with heavy duty cast iron cooking components and a total output of 30,000 BTU.

Construction

The front plate and wrap are made from 16 ga. stainless steel. The bullnose stainless steel front extension completes the front of the unit. The unit stands on 2" stainless steel standard legs.

Cooking Performance

The heavy duty cast iron radiant and grate are built for charbroiling. Two burners with manual controls let operators manage the cooking process, and the unit delivers a total of 30,000 BTU.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The removable grease pan makes it easier to manage grease and keep the unit clean.

Controls

The manual controls are operated with a heat resistant on-off knob.
