Construction
The front plate and wrap are made from 16 ga. stainless steel. The unit has a bullnose stainless steel front extension and sits on 2" stainless steel standard legs. The radiant and grate are heavy duty cast iron.
Performance and Controls
Three burners with manual controls give the operator direct control over cooking. The unit has a total output of 45,000 BTU. A heat resistant on-off knob is included, and the regulator is provided with the unit.
Cleaning and Maintenance
The removable grease pan is part of the design and helps with cleanup.
