Hand-crafted firebrick artisan oven for authentic 12" pizzas. Elevate your menu with blistered-edge Neapolitan pies, rustic breads and small plates fired in the same tradition as old-world Italian pizzerias. Built entirely of handmade firebrick and wrapped in high-performance insulation, the Univex DOME39GV delivers a perfectly balanced heat profile that stays rock-steady bake after bake—while the exterior remains cool to the touch. Oven ships standard with black iron exterior. Custom marble or mosaic finishes are available. A dedicated natural draft flue is recommended. Where local code mandates a powered exhaust, fan capacity must not exceed 200–300 CFM. Leave adequate access for service after installation.
