Overview

The CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ CONVEX Half Size Convection Oven is an electric convection oven with right-to-left door opening (hinged left). It features touch screen controls with integrated WiFi connectivity and Data Driven Cooking.

Capacity

This oven holds any one of the following pan types:

• (5) 18" x 13" full size sheet pans
• (5) 12" x 20" Hotel/Steam pans
• (5) GN 1/1 pans

Tray pitch is 2-5/8".

Cooking Performance

• AIR.Plus: Includes reverse gear and 2 speed settings.
• DRY.Maxi™: Rapidly extracts humidity from the cooking chamber.
• ADAPTIVE.Cooking™: Automatically regulates cooking parameters to ensure repeatable results.
• Multitasking: Manages up to 10 cooking processes at the same time.
• Temperature range: 86 °F - 500 °F.

Construction

The cooking chamber is made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
