Overview

The CHEFTOP MIND.Maps™ CONVEX Full Size Convection Oven is an electric convection oven with touch screen controls and integrated WiFi connectivity. It supports Data Driven Cooking and is built to deliver repeatable results.

Capacity

Choose the pan configuration that suits your kitchen. The oven holds any one of the following:

• (6) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans
• (12) 12" x 20" Hotel/Steam pans
• (6) GN 2/1 pans

The tray pitch is 3-1/8".

Cooking Performance

• AIR.Plus: Multiple fans with reverse gear and 2 speed settings.
• DRY.Maxi™: Rapidly extracts humidity from the cooking chamber.
• ADAPTIVE.Cooking™: Automatically regulates the cooking parameters to ensure repeatable results.
• Multitasking: Manages up to 10 cooking processes at the same time.
• Temperature Range: 86 °F to 500 °F.

Controls and Connectivity

Touch screen controls with integrated WiFi connectivity make the oven easy to operate. The oven also supports Data Driven Cooking.
