The ChefTop MIND.Maps™ Plus Combi Oven/Steam Oven is an electric countertop oven that combines heat, hot air flow and steam.

Capacity

This oven has a capacity of (10) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or (20) hotel size pans. Shelf spacing is 2-11/16".
