Trolley Included
The XEVTL-2021 trolley is included. It holds (40) full hotel size pans only. To convert the trolley to hold (20) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans, adapter grids GRP521 are required.
Construction
Both the interior and exterior are made of marine grade stainless steel.
Water Connection
A water line is included to connect from the oven to a ¾" MPT water connection within three feet of the water placement.
