The ChefTop MIND.Maps™ Plus Combi Oven/Steam Oven is a gas roll-in oven that combines heat, hot air flow and steam. This floor model features MIND.Maps™ technology and a programmable menu.

Capacity

This oven holds (20) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans or (40) hotel size pans. Shelf spacing is 3-5/16".

Trolley Included

The XEVTL-2021 trolley is included. It holds (40) full hotel size pans only. Adapter grids GRP521 are needed to convert the trolley to hold (20) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans.
