The 4-Series Signature Server® Stainless Steel Countertop with Hot/Cold Food Station is a modular unit measuring 74"W x 28"D x 30"H. It combines hot and cold food holding in one station.

Hot & Cold Food Stations

• (3) hot well openings, each 11-7/8" x 19-7/8" x 6-3/8" deep
• (1) refrigerated cold pan opening, 24" x 19-7/8"
• Touch-Temp electronic control panel for the hot wells

Drainage

• Hot wells include manifold drains
• 1" drain in the cold pan

Construction

• 18/300 series stainless steel top and wells
• 18/400 series stainless steel enclosed base
• Stainless steel unibody construction
• Modular design

Mobility

The unit has 4" heavy duty swivel casters with brakes.
