Product Overview

This electric drop-in Hot Food Well Unit features four 12" x 20" individual wells and is designed for wet operation only. It measures 54-3/4"W x 26"D x 21-1/2"H overall and is made in the USA.

Construction

The unit has an 18 gauge stainless steel top and a stainless steel exterior housing. Each of the four wells is made from 20 gauge, 316 marine grade stainless steel and is insulated.

Drainage

The unit has a 1" copper manifold drain with individual well shutoffs and a manifold shutoff.
