This electric drop-in hot food well unit has six individual 12" x 20" wells. It is for wet operation only and is made in the USA.

Construction

The unit has an 18 gauge stainless steel top and an 18 gauge galvanized exterior housing. Each of the six wells is made of 20 gauge stainless steel and is insulated.
