The Jacob's Pride® Collection French Whip is an 18" long, one-piece whip built for foodservice use. It is NSF certified and imported.
Handle Design
The one-piece aqua nylon handle is textured and finished with an end knob. It is heat resistant up to 475° F (246° C).
Wire Construction
The whip has 18-8 type 304 stainless steel wires. A center reinforcement wire adds strength.
