Product Overview

The Induction Hot Food Well Drop-In is an electric, dry-operation unit with two wells. It measures 28-1/4"W x 26"D. It is made to order in the USA.

Heating Performance

  • Individual heat and power controls for each well
  • Three power levels per well: low, medium, and high
  • Temperature range of 140°F to 190°F
  • Two induction capsules per well create two heat zones in each well
  • Heat zones can operate independently or be synced

Pan Compatibility

Each well accommodates Vollrath induction-ready steam table pans. Options per well:

  • (1) full-size pan, 2-1/2" or 4" deep, or
  • (2) half-size pans, 2-1/2" or 4" deep

  • Includes a master power switch
  • Individual heat and power controls for each well
