Product Overview

The Induction Hot Food Well Drop-In is an electric, dry-operation unit with three wells. It measures 41-1/2"W x 26"D. It is made to order in the USA.

Dual Heat Zones

Each well has two induction capsules, which create two heat zones per well. The heat zones can operate independently or be synced.

Each well accommodates Vollrath induction-ready steam table pans in either of these configurations:

  • One full-size pan (2-1/2" or 4" deep)
  • Two half-size pans (2-1/2" or 4" deep)
