Dual Heat Zones
Each well has two induction capsules, which create two heat zones per well. The heat zones can operate independently or be synced.
Pan Capacity
Each well accommodates Vollrath induction-ready steam table pans. You can use either of the following in each well:
- (1) full-size pan, 2-1/2" or 4" deep
- (2) half-size pans, 2-1/2" or 4" deep
