Product Overview

This drop-in Hot/Cold/Frozen Food Well Unit has two wells and gives you flexible holding options for hot, cold, or frozen foods. It has a flat flange and auto-drain, and it is made in the USA and UL certified.

Pan Capacity

Each well accommodates full-size pans as well as fractional food pans up to 6" deep.

Construction

The top, wells, and user interface are made of 18 gauge, 300 series stainless steel. The user interface includes a 4' connection for a mounting option.

Refrigeration

The unit uses self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system.
