This drop-in, 2-well Hot/Cold/Frozen Food Well Unit gives you flexible food holding in one piece of equipment. Each well can hold hot, cold, or frozen food. The unit is made in the USA and is UL Certified.

Construction
The top, wells, and user interface are made of 18 gauge, 300 series stainless steel. The user interface includes a 4' connection for a mounting option.
Controls
Each well has independent electronic controls, so you can set and manage each well on its own.
Pan Capacity
The wells accommodate full-size pans as well as fractional food pans up to 6" deep.
Refrigeration System
The self-contained refrigeration system uses R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and is powered by a 1/4 HP compressor.
