Product Overview

This Hot/Cold/Frozen Food Well Unit is a drop-in, 2-well design with auto-drain. Each well has its own electronic controls, so the two wells can be run independently. The unit is made in the USA and is UL certified.

Pan Capacity

The wells accommodate full-size pans and fractional food pans up to 6" deep.

Construction

The top, wells, and user interface are made of 18 gauge, 300 series stainless steel.

Controls & Installation

The user interface includes a 4' connection for a mounting option. Each well has independent electronic controls.
