The NSF2 (2011) Traditional Breath Guard is a single-sided buffet breath guard designed for use with the Vollrath (3) well 4-Series Signature Server® with stainless steel countertops.
Construction
This breath guard features 1/4" thick tempered glass secured in a thick fitting channel with 1-1/2" extruded aluminum. Acrylic end panels are included.
Compatibility and Mounting
Designed for use with the Vollrath (3) well 4-Series Signature Server® with stainless steel countertops. The breath guard mounts to a stainless steel solid surface. Please note that this requires a 14 gauge stainless steel solid surface.
