The Vollrath Traditional Breath Guard is a single-sided buffet breath guard that meets NSF2 (2011) standards. It is made for use with the Vollrath (5) well 4-Series Signature Server® with stainless steel countertops.
Construction
The guard has 1/4" thick tempered glass. The glass is secured in a thick fitting channel with 1-1/2" extruded aluminum. Acrylic end panels are included.

Mounting Requirements
The unit mounts to a stainless steel solid surface. The surface must be 14 gauge stainless steel.
