The Vollrath Traditional Breath Guard is a double-sided buffet breath guard that meets NSF2 (2011) standards. It is made in the USA and designed for use with the Vollrath (3) well 4-Series Signature Server® with stainless steel countertops.
Construction
This breath guard has 1/4" thick tempered glass secured in a thick fitting channel with 1-1/2" extruded aluminum. Acrylic end panels are included.
Compatibility and Mounting
This unit is made for use with the Vollrath (3) well 4-Series Signature Server® with stainless steel countertops. It mounts to a stainless steel solid surface. Please note that the mounting surface must be 14 gauge stainless steel.
