Product Overview
The 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Hot Food Station Deluxe is a three-well hot food station built for buffet-style service. It measures 46"W x 28-5/8"D x 57-5/16"H overall and comes with a buffet style breath guard and an enclosed base.
Heating Performance and Controls
Each of the three wells has its own manual dial control, so each well can be adjusted individually. Each well is a thermoset sealed well rated at 600-800 watts. No spillage pans are required.
Construction and Design
The base is 20 gauge carbon steel with a walnut woodgrain vinyl-clad finish. A manifold drain is included.
Mobility
The station has four 4" swivel casters, two of which are braked.
