The Vulcan PowerFry3™ 1TR85CF gas fryer is a high-efficiency, free-standing unit with an 85-90 lb capacity and 90,000 BTU ThreePass™ heat transfer. It includes a programmable computer control with melt cycles, KleenScreen PLUS® filtration, electronic ignition, twin baskets, and a stainless steel cabinet and tank. This fryer is equipped with adjustable casters and is ENERGY STAR®, NSF, CSA & CSA STAR certified, ensuring reliable and low-maintenance commercial frying.
