Product Overview
This heavy duty countertop gas griddle has a 60" W x 30" D cooking surface. It is built for demanding cooking environments and has a low profile design with a stainless steel front and sides.
Cooking Surface and Performance
The cooking surface is a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit produces 135,000 BTU. An embedded mechanical snap action thermostat is placed every 12" for temperature control across the griddle.
Safety and Ignition
This griddle has millivolt pilot safety. You can choose electric spark or manual ignition. A front manifold gas shut-off valve is also included.
