This heavy duty countertop gas griddle is built for busy commercial kitchens. It has a 24" W x 30" D cooking surface and a low profile design, and it delivers 54,000 BTU of cooking power.
Cooking Surface
The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate gives you a 24" W x 30" D cooking area. An embedded mechanical snap action thermostat is placed every 12" for temperature control across the surface.
