Product Overview

This heavy duty countertop gas griddle has a 24" W x 24" D cooking surface. It has a low profile design and is a Quick Ship item.

Cooking Performance

The cooking surface is a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate. The unit produces 54,000 BTU. An embedded mechanical snap action thermostat is placed every 12" across the plate.

The griddle has a millivolt pilot safety system and manual ignition.
