Product Overview

This heavy duty countertop gas griddle is built for demanding commercial kitchens. It has a 36" W x 30" D cooking surface and a low profile design, and it delivers 81,000 BTU of cooking power.

Cooking Surface

The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate gives you a generous 36" W x 30" D cooking area.

Temperature Control and Safety

An embedded mechanical snap action thermostat is placed every 12" across the griddle for temperature control. A millivolt pilot safety system is included, and ignition is manual.
