Product Overview

This heavy duty countertop gas griddle is built for demanding commercial kitchens. It has a 48" W x 30" D cooking surface and a low profile design, and it produces 108,000 BTU of cooking power.

Cooking Surface

The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate gives you a generous 48" W x 30" D cooking area. An embedded mechanical snap action thermostat is placed every 12" for temperature control across the surface.

Safety and Ignition

This griddle uses a millivolt pilot safety system with manual ignition.
