Product Overview
This heavy duty countertop gas griddle is built for high-volume cooking. It has a large 72" W x 30" D cooking surface and a low profile design. It produces 162,000 BTU and is CSA and NSF certified.
Cooking Surface
The 1" thick polished steel griddle plate gives you a spacious cooking area. An embedded mechanical snap action thermostat is placed every 12" for temperature control across the width of the griddle.
Ignition and Safety
The griddle uses a millivolt pilot safety system with manual ignition.
Construction and Grease Management
The front and sides are stainless steel. A front grease trough collects grease during cooking. A 4" back splash and tapered side splashes help contain splatter.
