The Vulcan SG44 Convection Oven is a heavy-duty gas double-deck model designed for commercial kitchens. It boasts solid-state controls, electronic spark ignition, and a gentle-bake mode, as well as a 60-minute audible timer and a temperature range of 150-500°F. The oven features independent viewing doors and a durable stainless-steel exterior with a porcelain enamel interior. Each section offers five racks, and the oven is stackable.
