Product Description
The Vulcan VC44EC Convection Ovens offer heavy-duty electric performance with digital computer controls, 100 programmable menu presets, and Roast & Hold cycles with 99-hour timers and audible alarms. The stainless steel exterior, porcelain-enameled interiors, double-pane windows, and five nickel-plated racks per deck ensure durability and visibility. Equipped with 12 kW per section and two-speed blower motors, these ovens provide fast, even cooking for high-volume commercial kitchens. The ovens are NSF, cUL, and UL listed, as well as ENERGY STAR® certified.
