Vulcan VP18-QS-PLATINUM Quick Ship Proofing Cabinet is a stainless steel, mobile proofing and heated holding cabinet designed for kitchens and bakeries. It can accommodate (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (36) 12" x 20" steam table pans, featuring a fan-driven air tunnel and adjustable tray slides. The cabinet includes a glass door and a removable drip pan, allowing users to switch between proof mode and heated hold mode up to 190°F. It also comes with a water pan and 5" locking casters, and is 120V/2.0kW with a NEMA 5-20P plug, ensuring reliable and ready-to-ship performance with cULus listing.
