Product Overview

The Panini Compresso™ Slimline Panini Grill is a single electric grill with a 7-3/4"W x 14-1/2"D cooking surface. It has a brushed stainless steel body and comes with a grill brush (CAC105).

Cooking Performance

The ribbed cast iron plates make up the cooking surface. The hinged top plate balances itself automatically and is operated with heat resistant handles. The adjustable thermostat reaches a maximum of 570°F (300°C).

Construction and Cleaning

The brushed stainless steel body is paired with a removable drip tray. A grill brush (CAC105) is included.
